About Him
I am Italian, grew up in Durban, and love nature, the sea, a lake, waterfall, river, strange animals, insects, plants, walking on the beach, technology and computers, swimming, music, good food. I refused conscription military service and was forced by the apartheid military to join the Jehovah's Witnesses. my brother made a similar decision and spent 3 years in a military detention camp in Voortrekkerhoogte. He died in Durban as a JW 5 days before Christmas in 1997, aged 38 years, same month that I got a promotion in government. I disassociated from the JW's, am facing a lot of political and financial problems. It's not one of my favorite subjects, but I have to find friends with whom I can talk openly about it, and who can help me sort out my political and financial problems.

I am not really sure; loneliness is not one of my strong points. I have quite a large nose, so if you do too, it probably won't work out. You would most likely have to be friendly, supportive, know something about finances, have a good sense of humor, like Italian food and culture, get along with any relatives. and probably be prepared to learn the Italian language.
